He has dedicated himself to changing how we think about food through his extensive work in manufacturing to produce plant-based alternatives to traditional and exotic seafood and meats.

Master Chef James is the inventor and founder of Tomato Sushi and Ocean Hugger Foods LLC, bringing his international culinary experience to the table from Europe and Japan. He has lectured and written extensively about the history and origin of ingredients and foods that we know today and is a proponent of conscious capitalism.
James is an ACF Certified Master Chef (CMC) the highest certification of merit of the 71 Certified Master Chefs in the United States. His achievements also include: lecturing plant based expert to the prestigious James Beard Foundation, the United Nations General Assembly and has numerous awards in recognition of his culinary excellence.
